Grievance Redressal Procedure

Level 1 :

• If you have any query/complaint ,then you can visit the nearest branch during working hours (10:00 am to 5:30 pm) to lodge your complaint in the Complaint and Grievance Register.
• It will take 15 working days to resolve your query.

Level 2:

• If you are still not satisfied by the solution provided by the level 1, then you can contact to the Grievance Redressal Officer:
