Product Shipping
- Average shipping speed is 3-5 Business Days.
- Orders with items that are worth Rs. 799 or more will qualify for free delivery.
- With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you.
Cancellation
- You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our warehouse within 24 Hours, through the website.
- Click on my Account and select my orders and select the order(s) you placed that you wish to cancel.
- Any amount paid will be refunded back into the original payment method that was used at the time of placing the order.
Return/ Exchange
- You can mail at support [at] basicslife [dot] com for product return request.
- Returns can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Go to: My Account – My Order – Select Return (Under Links).
- Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation for the request.
- In case if they can’t pick up the item from your location, you can ship it back to them. For exchange request,
you will receive an “Exchange Coupon” by mail and message. Kindly use the code for your new purchase.
