For Grievance/Complaints
If your query/issue remains unresolved by CRED support, you can escalate it to :

- You can also Fill the form online .
- Your issue will resolve within 30 working days.
Grievance Related To UPI Transaction
Step 1:
- If your have any query or complaint related to UPI transaction, then you can contact support system through support [at] cred [dot] club .
Step 2:
- If your query is in resolved in step 1, then contact to the third party application providers, National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI).
Step 3:
- If you are still not satisfied by the solution given in Step 1 and 2, then you can lodge your complain online through Ombudsman for Digital Complaints.
