only a minute to connect to an active customer care representative. Keep ready with you:
- The transaction id( as reflected in your bank statement, credit card statement). You may also get an
email from EBS containing the payment details. So first check your email - Your bank details eg registered mobile, email id
The failed transaction details may take one day to reflect. You can also email to support [at] ebs [dot] in. Send in the
email these details:
- Bank statement, circle in red your failed transaction id
- Bank account details along with registered mobile, email id
- The portal thru which you tried to pay thru EBS, the day and time
