Booking Procedure
- Book your Trip via FlixBus App or visit Official Website .
- Open the App, Select your departure city and the select passenger .
- Check the seat map and select your preferred seat.
- The fee for reserving a seat, can be checked through price list .
- After you've booked your trip, you will recieve a trip summary via SMS .
- In the bus, the seat number will be indicated at the respective seat .
Cancellation Procedure
- Cancellation can be made by ticket outlets of FlixBus India up to 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- If a passenger cancels the booking, then a cancellation Coupon will be issued, which is valid for 12 months and can be used for new booking.
- A Cancellation Fee will be charged for each cancellation by the customer.
