Shipping / Return/Warranty
- Your order is shipped out within 3 working days of the order date. However, in some cases it may take up to 5 or more working days during festivals, sales or when there are othermitigating circumstances.

- If you're facing a hardware issue with product you can contact service centres or you can raise a complaint online on portal incase a service centre is not available in your city.
- Through service centre (Average resolution is 6-7 working days)
- Please note that in case of a hardware issue, average resolution time of raising an online complaint is 12-15 working days whereas it is 6-7 working days if you visit one of our service centres.
