Level 2 :
If the resolution provided in Level 1 does not meet your expectation or customer did not receive a
response within the defined timescales, than customer can send escalations to Customer Services Manager.
Level 3 :
If the resolution provided in Level 2 does not meet your expectation or customer did not receive a
response within the defined timescales, than customer write to the Grievance Redressal Officer at GRO Escalations.
Level 4 :
