Steps For Closure of FASTag
For closure of your tag, you have to share the below mandatory details on the given email at support [at] highwaydelite [dot] com
- ID proof (Driving license, passport , voter ID)
- Cancel cheque copy or PASS BOOK clear copy (Bank details)
- Hand Written Customer request letter for tag closure.
- Tag Trash Image (If do not have Kindly mention the same in the request letter)
- Fill the main closure format attaching below.
Cancellation/ Refund
For Hotel Bookings:
- Cancellation policy changes depending on the hotel booked and dates being booked and it is mentioned in the hotel details page on the mobile app.
- In case, no cancellation policy is mentioned on the hotel details page, the following cancellation policy shall apply:
- 48 hours or more prior to check-in time- Free cancellation
- Less than 48 hours and more than 24 hours- 20% of the booking amount
- Less than 24 hours before check-in time- One night's booking amount

For Restaurants Food Ordering and Table Bookings:
- For Food Ordering:
- Once an Order is placed by you and accepted by the Restaurant, it is not eligible for cancellation.
- All refunds shall be processed in the same manner as they are received. Refund amount will reflect in your account.
- For Book Service/Table Reservations:
- For bookings where Booking Fee is not applicable, the user may cancel such booking with in thirty 30 min in advance from the scheduled booking time.
- A confirmed booking for which Booking Fee has been charged from a user, the user is required to cancel the confirmed booking with in 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time to avail the refund.
- Refund the Booking Fee to the user within 7 working days from the date of such cancellation.
For Toll Payments:
- In India prepaid toll payment is provide with selective toll operators and payment is accepted only for the same date of travel. The amount paid for pre-paid toll payment is non-refundable.
- In case the Toll operator confirms they have not received the payment for your vehicle, please contact the Toll Booth and keep your details of Vehicle Number and Mode of payment ready.

- If there is server failure while making the payment, your amount will be refund within 7 days to the same channel of the payment from which the payment was received.
