Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel the orders that have not been processed /approved/shipped by in
which case they shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount deducting the
payment gateway commisions. They will not be able to cancel orders that have
already been processed and shipped.
- My Orders, click on Request Cancellation against the
order to be cancelled, fill in the details and submit your request. They shall
email you the action taken and initiate cancellation/ refund process in case
the order can be cancelled. - The amount will be refunded to your account through which the transaction
