Grievance Redressal
Level 1 :
- Firstly, customer submit grievance.

If customer are not satisfied with the resolution receive, than customer may approach Level 2 of the Escalation Matrix.
Level 2 :
- If customer are not satisfied with the resolution, than customer may take concern to Grievance Redressal Officer

Level 3 :
If the resolution is still not up to expectations, customer can approach Grievance Redressal Committee.
