Grievance Redressal

Level 1 :

If customer are not satisfied with the resolution receive, than customer may approach Level 2 of the Escalation Matrix.

Level 2 :

Level 3 :

If the resolution is still not up to expectations, customer can approach Grievance Redressal Committee.

If concern remains unresolved, than customer may approach the Insurance Ombudsman for redressal. 

In case the resolution does not meet expectations,customer may register a complaint at the Integrated Grievance
Management System of the Authority.
