Indane Gas Online Booking Procedure

  • In Consumer Login ,Enter your user name /Email Id
  • You can also Register in Consumer Registration
  • Fill Distributor Details-
    • State/District/Distributor/Consumer No OR 17 Digit LPG Id
    • User Name /Email Id
    • Contact No -Landline/Mobile
    • Enter the Captcha
    • Click on Accepted terms & Conditions
    • Submit
    • The order will be sent to the concerned distributor and you will able to pay
      to the distributor directly on delivery.
    • You will be able to track the status of your booking online.

Indane Gas Booking Through SMS Service

  • If you are using the SMS facility for the frst time, then SMS to 7718955555
    • <16 Digit Cosumer ID> UID<Last 4 Digit Of Aadhar>
    • <16 Digit Cosumer ID> SV<Last 4 Digit Of Subscription Voucher>
  • If you get register by your no. You Can made booking by sending an SMS <REFILL> to 7718955555

Indane Gas Subsidy Procedure

Subsidised cylinders will be supplied only to Customers with Aadhaar number and only though their Bank accounts.
If you do not have Aadhar Number please enrol to get Aadhaar immediately.

  • Submit Photocopy of the Aadhaar Letter/Card to your Distributor show room or
    Gas Delivery boy with Consumer Number,Name,Mobile No etc
  • A copy of DGCC/Blue Book
  • Aadhaar letter shall also to be provided to your bank
    • Photo Copy of Aadhaar Card
    • Photo Copy of First page of DGCC / Blue Book or recent delivery reciept
    • Address Proof (Required only in case of your present LPG delivery address
      is different from address in Aadhaar Card)
    • Information as asked in points 1 to 6 in "Aadhaar Registration Sheet.

Subsidy is Not Received

Subsidy not been received despite cylinder being delivered

  • Once the cylinder has been delivered,it takes 2-3 days for your subsidy to be reflected in your bank account
    If you not received subsidy then contact the DBTL Grievance Cell 1800 2333 555
  • Call are answered by the service agents from 8am to 8pm.

Transaction failed

In case the subsidy has been sent but the same has not been reflected in the your bank account,
then visit your bank branch with your Aadhaar card and enquire about the same

Subsidy transferred but it is not seen in the bank account

  • In case there is no failed transaction and the amount has been transferred but the you has not received, then you can
    visit the bank branch with your Aadhaar card. Alternatively, you can link their Aadhaar card to another bank account

Cylinder booked but you have not receive LPG subsidy

  • You are advised to wait for a minimum period of 4 days post which you can call the toll free number 1800 2333 555
  • The customer care representatives will take care of the rest. Updates will be sent to your mobile number.

For Registering urgent complaints of gas leakage

  • An emergency services number also exists which is a central ESC number – 1906

  • Register Request for Second Cylinder
  • Log a complaint
  • Check the history of refill supplies received
  • Put a request for surrender of connection
  • Rate your distributor
    • Go to Play Store ,download "Indane"
    • Install the Application , follow the steps
    • Fill the details
    • Submit the details

You will receive a SMS with the activation code on your mobile,follow the steps and start using it.
