Grievance Redressal Mechanism
For General
- Level 1 : The client can send an email on, support [at] indmoney [dot] com
for grievances/complaints. - Level 2 : In case the issue is not resolved within 7 days or client is not satisfied
with the response at level 1, the client may write to Compliance/Grievance Officer
on grievance [at] indmoney [dot] com. - Level 3 : If the case is not resolved within 7 days after writing to the Grievance
Officer the Client may write to the Director of INDmoney on director [at] indwealth [dot] in. - Level 4 : If the Client's issue is not resolved at level 3 within 7 days, or the client is
not satisfied with the solution, the client may raise approach SEBI at www.scores.gov.in.
For Insurance
- Step 1 : Channel for communication
- Grievances to be submitted on insurancesupport [at] indmoney [dot] com and will be
given acknowledgement receipt within 5 days of the receipt of complaint. Based on
the type of Grievance the company shall address the complaint within 30 days from
the date of the receipt of complaint.

- Level 1 : In case the complaint remain unresolved for 30 days you may escalate the

Company at po [at] finzoomers [dot] in. - Level 3 : If the issue still remains unresolved you may approach to Insurance
Regulatory and Development Authority.
