Free shipping on all products for COD and prepaid orders.
Once the order is placed, it takes 5 to 7 business days to dispatch after placing the order.
Then 4 to 5 business days for it to get delivered.
Estimated time would be 10 to 15 working days.
You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.

International shipping charges are INR 2500 (0.6kg - 2kg ).
It takes around 10-12 business days for the delivery.
Prices are inclusive of shipping charges. Any other charges like import duty
has to be born by the customer.
International delivery partner is DHL.

Cancellation is only available when order is cancelled before shippment.
If you have received the product in a bad condition or
if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please
refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
You can raise a return request by email at help [at] karagiri [dot] com
mentioning your Order ID.
Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is
received back to warehouse.
You have to raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving
the product and company will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
Replacement product to you within 5-7 working days.
