Grievance Redressal Procedure

Level 1 :

• If you have any query/complaint, then you can visit your nearest Branch, and you can registered your complaint

Level 2 :

• If you not get response within 15 working days or not satisfied with the response given in level 1, then you can contact to Grievance Redressal Officer
