Cancellation/Refund
For individual bookings:
- No charge for cancellation or amendment before 7 days of arrival.
- 50% charge of the 1st night's stay for cancellation or amendment within 3-7 days.
- 75% charge of the 1st night's stay for cancellation or amendment within 24-48 hours.
- Full charge of the stay for cancellation on the day of arrival.
- No charge for cancellation or amendment before 30 days of arrival.
- 50% charge of the 1st night's stay for cancellation or amendment within 15-30 days.
- 75% charge of the 1st night's stay for cancellation or amendment within 7-15 days.
- Full charge of the stay for cancellation within 7 days of arrival.
Refunds are done only based on the hotel’s cancellation policy.
