How to block messages from someone ?
- From Chats, open the conversation with the person you want to block.
- Tap their name at the top of the conversation.
- Scroll down and tap Block.
- Tap Block on Messenger > Block
How to unblock messages from someone ?
- From Chats, tap your profile picture in the top left corner.
- Scroll down and tap People.
- Tap Blocked people.
- Tap Unblock next to the name of the person you want to unblock.
- Tap Unblock on Messenger.
How to turn notifications On or Off ?
- From Chats, tap your profile picture in the top left.
- Tap Notifications & Sounds.
- Tap next to On to turn them off.
- Choose how long to turn off notifications and tap OK.
To turn off notifications for a single conversation:
- FromChats, swipe left on a conversation.
- Tapand choose how long to turn off notifications.
- Tap OK.
How to add someone to a conversation ?
- From Chats, open the conversation you want to add someone to.
- Tap the person or people's name at the top of the conversation.
- Scroll down and tap Create Group with [friend's name].
- Select or type the names of people you want to add and tap OK.
How to send your location in Messenger ?
- From Chats, open a conversation.
- Tap next to the text box.
- Tap Location.
- Tap Share Live Location.
