Check status of a refund
If your query is about the status of a refund initiated by you, you can resolve it yourself immediately by follow these steps :
- Log-in to your PayU Biz panel.
- Search the particular transaction with the help of the PayU ID/Transaction ID or any other details available.
- Click on the transaction – the status would be 'Refunded'.
- You can check the details of the refund (Date, Amount, ARN/RRN etc.) under the 'Action Taken' section.
To know the status of a particular transaction
To know the status of a particular transaction, kindly follow these steps :
- Log-in to your PayU Biz panel.
- Click on the drop down to view the options with the help of which the transaction can be searched.
- Search the particular transaction with the help of the PayU ID/Transaction ID or any other details available.
Working Hours: 10 am to 7 pm (Monday to Saturday).
