Return/Refund/Cancellation
- Order for medicines or healthcare products can be cancelled by calling at 7666100300 before
it is marked as “Out for Delivery”. If order is out for delivery, customer can refuse it at the time
of delivery and a refund will be processed as per the Refund rules. - Similarly, a diagnostic/ lab test can be cancelled before it is marked ‘Sample Collected’, else
customer can refuse sample pick up at the collection location and a refund will be processed
as per the Refund rules. - All the healthcare products ordered can be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Return request can also be placed by calling at 7666100300.
- After return request is accepted, product will be taken back within 24-48 hours (for Local
Cities),
4-5 business days (for Other Cities) from the time of approval of return request. - Refund will be initiated only after the seller verifies the products.
- Verification process may take 48 hours (For Local Cities), 8-10 business days (For Other Cities).

- If the query remains unresolved for 7 days after reaching Level 1, customer can
