If you Lost your items in any of the following case (For Lost, Delayed,or Damaged Baggage), please contact:
- Contact the Rise Air customer service care center or you can fill the Report Lost Baggage form.
- If you not found your baggage your claims must be made within 21 days from the date on which the
baggage was received. - If your baggage is damaged, report it to Rise Air customer service upon arrival to complete a Lost Baggage form within 7 days.
