Refund/ Cancellation
- In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s must be informed in writing.
- Refund will be in 30 days prior to arrival - 0% , 15 days to 29 days 30%, 07 days to 14 days 40 %, 02 days to 06 days 50%,
Less than 48 hours or no show no refund. - In safari 1-3 days before Safari date there is no refund is on cancellation, 4-15 days before Safari date refunded will be Rs. 1000 only,
16-59 days before Safari date 50% of the booking amount refunded, 60-120 days before Safari date these is no refund on cancellation. - The refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks.
