To report an Unauthorized/Fraudulent Electronic Transaction the process is given below:

To require the following information for reporting unauthorized transactions
- For Reporting Unauthorized Electronic Banking Transaction with details such as:
- Your Account number
- Your Transaction date
- Your Transaction amount
- Customer have to Block the debit card/net banking/mobile banking/account so that he/she may not getting any loss.
- Customer has to submit the debit card at the nearest branch immediately on reporting unauthorized transactions.
- Customer will be informed by their registered email id regarding the unauthorized transaction reported along with intimation to submit necessary documents for investigation.
