Level 1
For any grievance complaint customer can contact to its branch manager.
Level 2
If the customer is not satisfied with the decision taken by the officer at level 1 customer can approach the grievance cell of bank Regional Office / Heads. The Regional Heads are designated as the Nodal Officers to resolve the queries and provide solution.
Level 3
If the customer is still not satisfied with its query / complaint the customer can approach to principal nodal officer of the bank presently the General Manager of the Bank. at:
