Return/Refund/Exchange
- Order can be returned/exchanged within 15 days, this option will
be active
within
24 hour from the delivery of product. - In case of cancelled/lost/undelivered product, complete refund will be provided.
- Delivery executives will carry out return/ exchange within 4-7
days
after placing
the return request. - Refund process will be initiated once the
return
package
reaches the warehouse
and meets the Return & Exchange conditions. - If the customer return/cancel the order, full amount will be refunded except the
handling charges. - In case of mismatch of size/defective item, replacement will be provided free of cost.
- The return/exchange request will be cancelled if the customer does not handover the
product within 7 days of placing the request. - In case the returned product that reaches the warehouse is found to be used, it will
be reshipped back to the address and the customer will be charged with 85 Rupees
