• Loss and/or damage of checked baggage
• Oversold flight tickets
• Delayed payment of refund for canceled flight tickets
• Unable to board flight as airline did not provide information about boarding gate, flight numbers, etc.
• Impediments to boarding due to failure to install mobility facilities
• Exclusions: Please note that damage redress may not be provided if the damage is due to uncontrollable circumstances.
• Processing Time: Vietjet Air aims to process damage redress claims within 14 days of receiving the application.

1. Customer submits the Damage Redress application.
2. Vietjet Air confirms the receipt of the application.
3. Vietjet Air investigates the reported damages.
4. If the customer requests or appeals, Vietjet Air transfers the case to the Korea Consumer Agency.
5. Vietjet Air provides a notice of the outcome to the customer.
6. Vietjet Air evaluates the related laws and terms of carriage, etc.
